FAQs
What types of issues do you help with?
I work with adults facing trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, shame, identity challenges, and life transitions like divorce or loss. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want faith integrated into the process, as well as trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for all backgrounds.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I provide both in-person sessions in Vancouver, WA, and secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in Washington State. This allows flexibility if you have a busy schedule, live far away, or prefer the comfort of your own space.
How much does therapy cost, and do you take insurance?
Sessions range from $150 to $250. I am a private-pay provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to set the pace and focus of therapy without outside restrictions. Many clients choose to submit receipts to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
